Cicadas Holdings is a private investment vehicle and holding company. We exist to be the long-term home for a focused portfolio of businesses across marketing transformation, online entertainment and technology — backing the operators who run them and giving them room to compound.

Our shareholdings span the United Kingdom and Cyprus and include marketing agency Stalsito Limited alongside three Cyprus-based ventures: Never Ending Optimisation Ltd, Funneli.com and Fantomas Technologies. Each is led by a team we trust to operate independently.

We take the view of the insect we are named for: patient under the surface, and unmistakable when we emerge. Cicadas is structured for decades, not quarters — concentrated ownership, low turnover, and a preference for businesses that benefit from time.
